Very disappointed. I have Mac Desktop 2020, and the latest update broke it for use with My Time time tracker. Their solution? Upgrade to 2022 Online subscription for $360 per year! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM TO ANY NEW STARTUP.

The same as I said a year ago . . . good 'ol Intuit back to the cut / paste / drag it out and divert to the pay as you go subscription. Somewhere there may be a Quickbooks Pro desktop version that works with Mac OS Monterey, but one of us end-users will have to be bold enough to try it, transitioning out of Mac OS Big Sur. They actually 'hung up' on me this year when chatting on their website . . . after I pleaded with the 'support rep' to no divert and just answer the question: 'Does the current edition of Quickbooks Pro desktop for the Mac work on Monterey? The response . . . he actually shut down the chat session. I suppose that's one way to answer the question. The office remains on Big Sur. Thanks Intuit.

More hype from Intuit / QuickBooks, or will this actually update the 2019 Mac Desktop version to something that will work with Big Sur? Anyone following the QuickBooks 'tech support' at that website is familiar with the months of cut and paste non-sequitur responses can see it's the usual wait until the public version of MacOS is released, then we'll see about selling the update to our customers before releasing the patch . . . bad form again, Intuit.

I just read a post at MacInTouch that pointed out the following info about QuickBooks 2019 Mac. The poster refers to it as "Quickbook Desktop" - but I cannot confirm this from the Intuit info here. You have to scroll 60% of the way down to see the Mac section. Has anyone got a clue if QB Mac Desktop has returned from it announced grave???
